About The Herbal Workshop

The Herbal Workshop is a little cabin in the woods where soaps are made on the stovetop. It was started in 2012 by Kirstin Clauson and gets it's name from the original 'Herbal Workshop' in upstate New York where she worked as a biodynamic healing gardens manager at The Center For Discovery, an organization serving people with developmental disabilities, medical frailties and autism.  There, some residents work Monday through Friday processing herbs from the gardens into teas and more. The Herbal Workshop specializes in bar soaps that are made with completely natural, organic, sustainable ingredients and are gentle on the skin. The soaps are cut, cured on racks for at least 4 weeks, and wrapped in the cabin loft, then shipped out to help you bathe, relax, and feel good!
